Online therapy has actually been around since the first time a client received help from their therapist over the phone.

What is Interpersonal Trauma?

Interpersonal trauma occurs when one or more persons perpetuate harm against another. Examples include: Child Abuse (physical, sexual, emotional abuse; neglect; witnessing violence toward others); Sexual Assault/Rape; Sexual Harassment; Intimate Partner Violence.
